The projects undertaken in Turkey can mainly be classified as infrastructural works, coast reclamation, housing, turn-key plant construction, industrial structures, and recreation works. Some of these projects belong to the private sector and some belong to the public sector. (such as Adapazarı Central Municipality, ECE Group and DSİ).

Some of the projects completed in recent years:

In 2005 the "Jewellers Center" in Yenibosna with a total closed area of 320.000 sqm. has been completed. (US$ 75 mio.)

In 2006, BAYTUR has completed the 800 flats Kozyatağı Housing Project (US$ 98 mio.) and in 2008, on revenue share basis the luxury housing project "Stargate Apartments" in Istanbul. Between this time interval, "Korukent 706 Flats in Adapazarı" were successfully completed too.

Some of the ongoing projects undertaken by BAYTUR are, "İdealkent 1100 Housing" in Sakarya and "Torul Dam & Hydroelectrical Power Plant" project in east Black Sea region.

Baytur has just been awarded the construction of prestigious "Marmarapark Shopping Center" in Beylikdüzü/Istanbul with a total contract amount of 92.900.000 Euros. The A-plus shopping center will have a total closed area of approximately 200.000 sqm and will be built on the place of former Entertainment Center "Tatilya".
