Transport Terminal MIBC "Moscow City" is located on the Land Plot #11 of the MIBC complex at Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment. The US$ 121 mio. contract will be performed in 20 months. The Employer is the investment firm "CiTer Invest B.V." from Holland where the Consultant is "Bovis Lend Lease". Total closed construction area is 253.000 sqm.

The Transport Terminal Complex shall comprise the following:

• Two office buildings: Office Tower 1 (33-floors) and Office Tower 2 (42 floors) connected with each other at Podium level and by Sky bridges
• Transport Terminal with a bridge link, connecting to a station of the High Speed Rail Transport System which is located under the third Transport Ring
• Hotel (22 floors) to 4* International standards
• Underground parking (6 floors) & technical areas

Underground part of the complex comprises:

• "Mezhdunarodnaya" mini metro station area
• Parking places
• Retail areas
• Public circulation areas
• Technical areas

Above ground part of the complex:

• Offices
• Hotel
• Conference halls
• Terminal – arrival/departure platform
• Terminal – public zone
• Retail areas

The proposed principal construction method for the structures (both below & above ground) will be in-situ reinforced concrete.
