The Jebel Ali Airport City (named as "Dubai World Central") is the project of developing new airport as parts of a larger Airport City which will have all the functional and physical infrastructure of the modern city.
Dubai World Central will be an aviation-linked urban entity consisting of more than 140 km² integrated in a single bonded and free zone environment. The entire Dubai World Central is subdivided into 8 major components including the "Exhibition City", a very large trade exhibition facility which will compete with the top international trade fair facilities and provide a new home for the Dubai International Aerospace Exhibition.
The Project referred to as "Dubai Exhibition World", is located at the centre of The "Exhibition City", which will be the main part of Dubai World Central, located at the Northern Corner of the new World Central Airport near the Jebel Ali Free Zone in the Emirate of Dubai.
The total contract value is US$ 386 mio. and will be performed in 867 days on JV basis. The Client is "Dubai World Trade Center" where the Consultant is "Dar Al-Handasah".
