An A-plus shopping center complex at the place of former "Tatilya Entertainment City", with a total construction area of approximately 200.000 sqm including the closed car park block. The total project value (without tenant service fee) is 92.900.000 Euros. The Client is ECE Group. The work will be carried out in 21 months.

The shopping Block A consists of 4-upper floors, 1 technical & administration floor, 1 car park & shelter floor and 1 terrace technical floor. All shopping, cinema and food court areas will be based in Block A. Block A partly from north façade and Block B from west façade will be adjacent to Real Hipermarket.

The car park Block B consists of 7- floors and 1-terrace floor. Block B floors will be combined to Block A floors by several ramps and bridges from different levels.
